How to do aikido kubishime is the topic of this new video by Lenny Sly sensei of the Rogue Warriors Training Compound!. Sly sensei shows us how to do kubishime (aikido choke) technique off of a yokomenuchi style attack. Sensei shows the in's and out's of this very effective choking technique, by demonstrating how to properly enter into the attack. Sly sensei also goes into the technique by demonstrating the application of hijishime (elbow lock) and the transitioning into the kubishime, as well as showing us another version of kubishime.
