Jalapeño poppers are amazing, but throw in some brisket, and you have amazing Texas Twinkies! Today, we're putting our favorite rubs to the test to see which one makes the best Texas Twinkie. We've been in love with Meat Church rubs and a few others, so we're lining up 7 of our favorites to see how they do.

Joining me today is my daughter, making this day even more special!

Ingredients:

Large Jalapeños (we get ours from Bestway for under $5.00!)
Softened cream cheese
Shredded cheese (we love Monterey Jack)
Brisket (leftovers work perfectly)

We had an awesome time testing these rubs. I mean, who doesn't love Jalapeño poppers, especially when they're transformed into Texas Twinkies!
