Fruit pizza is perfect for summer gatherings, potlucks, or a fun family treat. It's as beautiful as it is delicious.

👩🏻🍳 FRUIT PIZZA
SUGAR COOKIE DOUGH
1 stick (8 tbs.) butter, softened at room temperature
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
4 tablespoons butter, softened at room temperature
2 cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla
Top with your favorite fruits. Just make sure the fruits are dry after you wash them.
