Long term care - Assisted living and memory care
For older adults who need help with (ADL) basic daily tasks like bathing, grooming, getting dressed, managing their medications, physiotherapy etc. Memory care includes specialized care for your loved one with any form of Dementia. Other long-term care programs are based on individual health problems such as Stroke, Physical disability, Acute Diabetes & other old age-related problems.

Short-term disease care and rehabilitation programmes

ACCOMMODATION
Travancore Foundation offers three kinds of accommodation on long term and short term lease - Ownership, Trial stay and Rentals. Sub leasing is permitted. The lease deposit is refundable as per terms and conditions.
Short term sub-lease are arranged through unit holders at Mission Valley for normally a period of 3 to 11 months. Whereas, long term lease ownership of units are available for a period of 44 years.

Travancore Foundation was formed on 17th September, 2009 with a vision to provide dignified, healthy and secure lives to seniors of our society, through person centered quality care enriching their lives by nurturing spiritual and human values with a focus on community based care, education and research.
As a comprehensive senior care solution provider to older adults, Travancore Foundation foresees and understand, intricacies while addressing their manifold requirements. Each senior is unique and so are their strains. Just providing their basic needs may not suffice to reassure them of their well-being. Hence we began to search beyond being a food and accommodation provider to them.
It is common that at old age, majority seniors have their distinctive health issues which bothers them and they seek external help in dealing with it. Similarly, their requirement could be a home care, or day care or an institutional care. Here again it could be of Social Worker, Physiotherapist, a dietitian or a qualified nurse or just a helper, can be a Counsellor, a psychiatrist or good general physician.
At, Travancore Foundation we have a holistic view on senior care services. We constantly strive to successfully address all the care needs of a senior in most appropriate suitable way. From basic care to high care requirements of an older adult. The Foundation, thus stands apart in its uniqueness in providing Lifelong Care. This constant demand necessitated Travancore Foundation to embark on setting up a full fledge, Education and Research Centre on Aging in its Campus.
