西炒飯可以算係一個茶餐廳經典炒飯，用上唔中唔西嘅方法，中西合璧! 做出一碟酸酸甜甜又好食嘅炒飯!
材料方面有: 火腿,香腸,蕃茄,雜豆,雞蛋,白飯 等等，而調味料就用蕃茄醬同喼汁為主!
呢個炒飯基本上冇難度㗎喇，食譜都好清楚俾大家睇到點樣去做，最適合廚房新手！希望大家鍾意。
