DJI Care Refresh- Don't fly without connecting this!
In this video I talk about making sure you have you DJI Care Refresh connected to your DJI drone while you are flying. Don't make this simple mistake which might cost you a lot. They almost didn't replace my drone because I had accidentally used two separate emails connected to my drones. One email had the insurance connected and one didn't. Yeah when I crashed the account that wasn't covered was connected. Im currently in talks with one of their managers trying to see how they frame this issue. To me it seems like they might be letting people do this "by accident" so they don't have to replace as many drones. I'm not saying that's for sure what's going on. But definitely seems fishy to me.
