A little project to show, not the beginning of Gooseberryclaws violent tendencies, but instead the start of his spiral into hatred against his clan and especially his father.

This was a lot of fun to do and an excellent practice to try out Procreate Dreams. If there are any lore questions, leave them down below! I will try my best to answer every question without spoiling too much

Phoenixpaw (ginger tabby she-cat)
Softleaf (small, tortoiseshell and white she-cat)
Gooseberryclaw (large, grey-speckled tom with ripped ear)
Raspberryheart (white and ginger she-cat, medicine cat)
Sandswirl (sand-colored tom, injured)
Robinpaw (reddish-brown medicine cat apprentice with white throat)
Foreststar (brown she-cat with darker paws and tail, leader of Forestclan)
Winterstar (fluffy and tall white tom, leader of Moonvclan)

The battle between Forestclan and Moonclan was not easy for both clans, having been in an alliance for almost an entire generation. Gooseberryclaw was sick of all the friendship and hesitance towards conflict, only really respecting Owlfrost for standing his ground in aggressively protecting the borders of Forestclan hunting grounds. So, he started to leave traces of hunted pray all around the border, sowing conflict where there previously was none.

It worked. It pained both leaders but eventually, Winterstar agreed to march into Foreststars camp and demand the truth. It escalated quickly into battle, but after Softleaf was killed, the battle was over. Winterstar quickly realised what actually happened and banned his son, Gooseberryclaw, his former deputy, from ever becoming deputy again.
