Comcast announced that it plans to acquire Time Warner Cable for $45.2 billion dollars. Comcast, not particularly well-liked by customers, says it intends to provide faster service and more innovation. Regardless, many are concerned that the massive deal will kill competition and impact customer service. How much worse can it get, though?
