Описание:
A young Jewish blacksmith (Jouko Ahola) finds work as a strongman in a cabaret variety show run by a supposed mystic and con-man (Tim Roth). As he witnesses the rise of Nazism, the strongman attempts to rally his people against the coming onslaught.
Written and directed by Werner Herzog (Grizzly Man, Rescue Dawn), and also starring Anna Gourari, Max Raabe and Udo Kier.
A Film4 Production, released in the UK on 22nd September 2000.
