We have invited Janka Krings-Klebe to speak about her new book “The Antifragile Organization” and the implications for strategy.
Janka works at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and business ecosystems, helping leaders and organisations move from rigid hierarchies to adaptive, antifragile models that can thrive in environments defined by uncertainty and accelerating change.
Her latest book, The Antifragile Organization (2025, with Jörg Schreiner), explores how organisations can transition from control to enablement, from hierarchies to collaborative ecosystems. The book was shortlisted for the Thinkers50 Strategy Award.
Janka is a founding member of the Business Ecosystem Alliance and a frequent speaker at international conferences on ecosystem strategies, adaptive leadership, and organisational transformation.
