Green Chillies - 2

Cashew nuts -10
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp

Freshly grated coconut - 1 Cup (packed) ( for extracting coconut milk)
Spicy Chilli pd - 1 tsp
Kashmiri Chilli pd -1 tsp
Turmeric pd -1/2 tsp
Garam masala pd -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Bayleaves -2
Curry leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
Ginger garlic paste -2 tsps
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Oil - 4 Tblsps
Ghee - 1 tsp
