Pre Ballet Lesson 7

Pre-Ballet classes at Chace Dance Company introduce young children to the fundamentals of ballet, focusing on building strength in larger muscle groups to prepare their bodies with the ability to do more as they venture into more ballet technique. We also gear towards flexibility to increase the mobility of which will be wanted to perform certain ballet steps as they grow.

But as part of the Chace Dance family, your energetic young child will also learn much more than ballet. We focus on monthly values such as commitment, please & thank yous, gratitude, and more. These values are then incorporated into our lesson plans throughout the class. (Teaching your child MORE than just dance steps).

Exposure to dance reinforces important life skills like creativity, discipline, and team participation - all in a safe, fun, family environment.

In this lesson we focus mainly on musicality, counting music, and staying with the beat more =)
