Windy & Rainy Mountain Wild Camping in the MSR Access 1

A windy and rainy wild camp in the mountains of the Lake District National Park in the MSR Access 1 tent. With moody and atmospheric skies, the clouds rolled in and as darkness enveloped the mountains, persistent rain set in. Strong winds buffeted the tent, which held up great and is a fantastic one person shelter from MSR. This tent would make it into my top 5.

I enjoyed taking in the mountain views and also trying to capture the peace and solitude of a place I love so much. I'm at peace in the mountains. A customary Turmat meal, a few craft brews and not forgetting the obligatory cheese saw the refreshments of the trip sorted.
