materials needed for entire process:
1. disection kit
2. gloves
3. mask or well ventilated work space

5. scale that can measure MG and G

7. 10% neutral buffered formalin
8. distilled water
9. glacial acetic acid
10. 95% ethyl alcohol
11. alcian blue 8gx
13. sodium borate
14. trypsin
15. potassium hydroxide flakes
16. alizarin red s
17. glycerin
