The Released Parties are not responsible for any injury to any student or instructor viewing these videos. You agree that you have carefully read this document and understand that it is a release of all liability and a waiver of the right to bring any claim for injury or loss arising out of these videos or related activities. If any provision of this agreement is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, then the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect and the offending provision severed. This agreement shall be governed by Arkansas law, and any action arising from it shall be brought in state or federal court in Little Rock, Arkansas.
