NOTES:
#03 was a private recording when SS still officially was a baritone. He made it as a test to see if he could sing tenor.
#07 is an alternative take
#08 was the first time the long version was heard in Sweden. The recording has been released on the EJS label albeit with incorrect dates
#25 and 26 are of very poor quality (lots of wow and flutter) as the original tape was damaged. I decided to include it nonetheless as Don José was SS first and favorite tenor role
#29 is the only recording of SS and his wife together in operatic repertoire.
