We are excited to invite you to a webinar entitled "Snakemake", conducted by David Koppstein as part of the NGSeminars initiative, created by NGSchool.
David is a postdoctoral researcher in Rajewsky's group at the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in Berlin where he works on alternative RNA isoforms in neurodegenerative disease. He received a PhD in Biology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Bachelor's in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale. David is a member of the development team of Snakemake and one of the contributors to Bioconda.
