"One day, Jeremy discovers, completely by chance, an adoption file in the principal’s office revealing the identity of Tag’s father. Jeremy hastens to tell his captain who immediately leaves to search for him. Tag, who had high hopes as to the identity of his father, is shocked to discover that he is a homeless bum! The captain of the Blues meets with him and then returns, unhappier than ever, to Maryport to compete in the next qualifying match. But because of his low morale, the team has little hope of winning.
Fortunately, at the last moment, Tag learns that the adoption file wasn’t his and he finds the energy necessary to play this decisive match. He also understands that, for the moment, he doesn’t want to know the truth about his background because that way anything could be possible…
