The City of Dallas is preparing for a winter storm on Thursday. The city could see 4 to 6 inches of snow. City leaders from the Office of Emergency Management, the Office of Homeless Solutions, Dallas Fire Rescue, Dallas Police Department, Transportation and Public Works, Dallas Water Utilities, Dallas Animal Services, Sanitation, Aviation. The area is preparing from inclement weather and setting up shelters to keep people out of the cold.
