"WHAT YOU FOCUS ON GETS BIGGER";

You must have noticed how much easier it is so give words of wisdom and advice to other people rather than follow them for yourself? Well, thats what happened to an author,
Talk about a lesson learned.

He wanted to write an article about "what you focus on gets Bigger? You have heard similar phrases like,
"It's a self fulfilling prophecy?"
"As it is within, so it without?"
"What you think about, comes about,"
and
"Where you put your attention, happens."

All the author could think about was how he couldn't come with the article for his upcoming newsletter. Author couldn't think of how to write what he wanted to say.
Inspiration was definitely not coming through. This was growing into a much harder topic than he thought would be. The author kept putting it off, finding everything else under the sun to do rather than writing.
Finally, author ended up thinking that I better throw out this topic fast and come up with another one or else there wouldn't be any article that particular week.

And then in a flash, it hit the author, What the author was focusing on was getting bigger. He was creating exactly what he was thinking about. He was thinking about struggle and no article.

With that flash of insight, the author's perspective changed. What took the author almost a week to do, suddenly came together very quickly. All it took was the right focus. And, the lesson to be learnt is that "what you focus on gets bigger" is very neutral. It doesn't care whether you're focusing on something negative or positive. Whatever it is, that's exactly what you'll get.

As you can see, thoughts can be very sneaky. Just when you think you're thinking positive thoughts,
you find they're actually negative. Success from the inside out means giving yourself empowering messages regularly so you can stay on track.
Keeping these messages written down and in front of you is best. Sticking notes on a computer or refrigerator for this week is?
