Consequence always wins because survival and reality don’t negotiate. You can make all the “force” or “all men do X” hypotheticals you want, but the hard cause → effect of human behavior crushes them every time. Internal chaos, rebellion, and collapse aren’t opinions—they’re inevitable if you ignore survival instincts.
Consequence ethics isn’t about morality, ideology, or preference—it’s just reality operating like gravity. You can ignore it, deny it, or twist it and you can’t escape it. Where human rights come from (outside of God)
Human rights are social constructs, created by humans to maximize survival, cooperation, and stability.
They do not exist naturally — they are not inherent.
Example: Right to free speech, right to property, right to vote — all exist because society agreed these increase stability and survival.
Without humans, or without society, “rights” are meaningless — but the concept of consequence still exists.
“Rights are not gifts from God, nor are they universal absolutes. They are agreements humans create to protect survival and maintain functional societies. They exist because humans chose them not because they are written in the sky.” So I ground My Morality in Consequence - Cause and Effect Same as Everyone else.
