In this walking documentary, I take you through Savo Island, a remote volcanic island in the Solomon Islands, exploring a local village and its surrounding tropical landscape.
This is a flowing, immersive walk, guided by narration and personal travel reflections. As I move through the village and jungle paths, I briefly speak with local people to better understand everyday life on one of the Pacific’s least visited islands.
The video focuses on presence rather than spectacle — walking, observing, and listening — offering a grounded look at daily life in a remote island community.
