这是一道混合不同文化的料理,用马来西亚人很家常菜都会用到的的参巴 (sambal)来炒意大利面。 我们选择使用意大利面,因为口感更加好和比较适合这道料理。你也可以换成你喜欢的面条,比如泰国米粉,乌东,或黄面。如果你喜欢吃辣的,我们绝对推荐你可以尝试做这道菜。
This is a mixed culture dish, which uses sambal to stir-fry spaghetti. Sambal is commonly used by Malaysians in home cooking. We choose to use spaghetti because the taste is better and more suitable for this dish. You can also change to your favorite noodles, such as Thai rice noodles, Udon noodle, or yellow noodles. If you like spicy food, we definitely recommend that you try this dish.

参巴食材/ Sambal Ingredients:
小红洋葱/Small red onions - 4 pcs
新鲜大红辣椒/ Large Fresh Red Chilies - 5 pcs
干红辣椒/Dried Red Chilies- 10 pcs
蒜头/ Garlic - 4 cloves
砂糖/ Sugar- ½ tsp
酱油/ Soy Sauce - 2 tbsp
食油/ Cooking oil -1 cup
*如果有剩于很多的参巴酱,记得搅拌后直接存放在冰柜中保存。。If there is any extra Sambal, remember to blend and store it directly in the freezer.
炒意大利面食材/ Ingredients of Fried Spaghetti:
意大利面/ Spaghetti - 60g
鲜虾/ Fresh Shrimp - 6 pcs
小鱿鱼/ Small Squid - 1 pc
装饰/ Garnish:
欧芹/ Parsley - 1 tbsp
