Camping in a winter storm might not sound relaxing — but in this video, it totally is. Join me as I hunker down in the mountains during a night of heavy rain, cozy inside my Chrysler Pacifica minivan with the diesel heater humming quietly in the background.

This was my first attempt at an unintentional ASMR / silent vlog — focusing on the sounds of camping. You’ll hear rain on the roof, wood crackling in the fire, and boots crunching through snow as I go for a hike the next morning. I also cook a simple meal over my folding twig stove, surrounded by snowy forest.
