Aussie 7 Day: Dry expands, but helpful showers for WA, Autumn for Tassie!

Autumn weather will be off and on for Tasmania and coastal parts of Victoria and SA in the coming days - but rainfall still is low in most populated places as high pressure continues to dominate much of the south.
Rainfall will be highest on the west coast of Tasmania, but good news for the south-west of Western Australia with some good widespread rain, thunderstorms and showers in the days ahead - but with very windy east to north-easterlies for a time.
Much of NSW is dry, as is central Australia.
Best chance for rain is from severe thunderstorms in the tropical areas - and central Queensland too (especially today and Friday).
