Welcome to Episode 2 of our 6-part Georgia travel series!
Today we’re exploring Sighnaghi the ‘City of Love’ and experiencing one of the warmest welcomes of our entire trip. After roaming the colourful streets and soaking in panoramic views, we stay in a guest house (Maya’s home) for a massive traditional Georgian feast… and trust me, she is the sweetest host ever. 🇬🇪✨
We also stop by the historic Nekresi Monastery, learn how to say “thank you” in Georgian, and end up sharing coffee and cha cha with a local shopkeeper who shows us incredible hospitality (and we play him some very interesting music 😂).
