Enpi Bunkai: Application examples of Shotokan Karate Kata Enpi
Some of the applications in this kata bunkai video contain joint locking techniques.
These techniques can severely damage joints and, if applied to the neck can even
be lethal. Practicing should be done slowly and with caution to avoid injuries.
Beginners should train under supervision of an experienced teacher!!
