1/2 c. split yellow mung beans (aka moong dal)
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. soy milk (divided 1/2 for cooking, 1/2 for blending)
25 g. rock sugar (or omit & add 1/4 c. extra sugar)
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 can coconut milk (approx. 200 mL)
1/8 tsp. guar gum (optional)
1/4 tsp. agar agar
1/2 tsp. vanilla powder (or sub 1 tsp. vanilla extract)
Pinch of salt
