Ruta que comienza frente al Convento de San Pedro Apóstol en el barrio de Las Poyatas perteneciente al municipio de Hermigua prosiguiendo hasta Monforte / Los Roques (de San Pedro) para poco después ascender paralelo al Barranco del Cedro hasta el Caserío del mismo nombre luego de bordear la presa de Los Tiles. Esta ruta no se completa verdaderamente sin la deliciosa recompensa del famoso Potaje de Berros en el Bar Restaurante Camping La Vista ya que es toda una tradición que llevaba años a la espera de poder algún día tener la oportunidad y voilà, misión cumplida.
La parte más dura de ésta ruta sería el descenso si no se tienen las rodillas bien engrasadas. Yo regresé en taxi ya que los vehículos pueden acceder hasta el Restaurante. En guagua también se puede ir desde la parada Los Llanitos.

Route that begins in front of the Convent of San Pedro Apóstol in the Las Poyatas neighborhood belonging to the municipality of Hermigua, continuing to Monteforte and Los Roques de San Pedro and shortly after ascending parallel to the Barranco del Cedro to the Caserío of the same name. This route is not truly complete without the delicious reward of the famous Watercress Stew at the Camping La Vista Bar Restaurant since it is a tradition that has been waiting for years to one day have the opportunity and voilà, mission accomplished.
The hardest part of this route would be the descent if you don't have well-oiled knees. I returned by taxi since the vehicles can access the Restaurant. You can also go by bus from the Los Llanitos stop.
