Aluminium Shuttering for Precast Concrete Walls and Panels made of Anodised Aluminium- MultiForm Alu

MultiForm Alu is an aluminium shuttering for the production of precast concrete elements such as precast concrete walls or panels.

The formwork is made out of anodised aluminium which makes it about 70% lighter than comparable steel formworks. Shutterings with a height of up to 40 cm can easily be moved by one worker, even when they are equipped with formwork facings. While being extremely light and robust, the formwork is still flexible in usage due to the combination option with the MagFly® Magnets from BT innovation. They allow an exact positioning of the aluminium shuttering while also enabling it to easily slide over the formwork table during production preparation. This leads to an easier production preparation in precast concrete plants.
