90g Tapioca Starch 木薯粉
2 tbsp Cooking Oil 植物油
★ For Filling 內馅 ★
3 tbsp Shallot Oil 食用油
30g Dried Shrimps 虾米
40g Garlic 蒜末
100g Minced Pork 肉末
40g Carrot 胡萝卜
1 tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
1 tsp Salt 盐
1 tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Oyster Sauce 蚝油
±bk Soy Sauce 黑酱
40g Chinese Celery 芹菜
