Connect to the remarkable town of Purmamarca, in northwest Argentina´s Jujuy region, from the comfort of your couch. Its name in Quechua means "empty land" and that is due to the austerity of its dry soils, but Purmamarca is rich in Argentine history and the traditions of a very ancient population.
You will also meet an ancient carob tree, known as Purmamarca's grandfather, estimated to be more than 650 years old, and see the smallest colonial town hall in the entire country. Of course, we will also see the greatest attraction of Purmamarca: the Hill de Seven Colors (El Cerro de los Siete Colores), famous for the shades of colors that different minerals provide on its beautiful hillside.
