Oatmeal Sourdough Dinner Rolls / No Knead Sourdough Bread
Made with natural yeast stiff sourdough starter.
Adding quick oatmeal tangzhong makes bread extra soft!
Easy no knead sourdough dinner rolls.
Adapted from my sourdough oatmeal sandwich bread recipe.
So soft, fluffy and delicious!

**Room temperature is around 75-78F/24-26C - if the room temperature is higher or lower the fermentation time can be shorter or longer**

Cover & let sit at room temperature for 90 minutes.
Shaping.
Cover & let sit at room temperature for 2-3 hours until it doubles.
Bake in preheated oven at 365F/185C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
Butter wash - optional.
