2 teaspoons baking powder
125 g butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup amasi/buttermilk
3/4 cup raisins
1 egg
Egg wash ingredients:
1 egg
1 teaspoon milk
