This footage was graciously provided to me by the pilot. The aircraft being flown is a Air Tractor AT-802F Fire Boss. It's a single engine air tanker/scooper.
In parts of this video you can see how busy the airspace is above a fire. There were Fire Boss aircraft, helicopters, large air tankers and very large air tankers as well as air attack aircraft coordinating all of them.
