KARMANT, a thrash metal band from Bangladesh, has been active in the underground scene since 2016. They just released their debut EP, "Riot in Uniform," which was motivated by the July 29th, 2018, countrywide student uprising. The 2018 student movement proved to be a pivotal moment for Karmant as they were developing their approach to creative songs.
Currently, the band consists of five members: Mahdee Manzil as the vocalist; Zami Hossain as the bassist; Fahim Pasha and Rakibul Alam Rafat as the guitarists; and Naweed Kabir as the drummer.
