The Presidential Communications Office (PCO), through the Freedom of Information-Program Management Office (FOI-PMO), successfully conducted its second leg of 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑 𝐅𝐎𝐈 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 on 29 September 2023, at Panda Tea Garden Suites Hotel, Tagbilaran City, Bohol.
The FOI Workshop for Librarians, conducted in partnership with the National Archives of the Philippines (NAP), DOST-Science and Technology Information Institute (DOST-STII), National Book Development Board - Philippines (NBDB), and the PLAI - Philippine Librarians Association Inc. (PLAI), is one of FOI-PMO's initiatives to promote access to government information within academic institutions and among information specialists. The activity aims to equip registered librarians with the skills to utilize the FOI Program in their respective libraries and learning institutions.
