📝 Ingredients
For Koftas:
1 medium onion (chopped & squeezed)
3–4 green chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
500 g beef mince
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric
2 tbsp besan (gram flour)
Oil for shaping & frying
For Gravy:
2 tbsp oil
2 medium onions (sliced)
3 green chillies
10–12 cashews
2 tbsp butter
2 green cardamom
2 small cinnamon sticks
8 black peppercorns
½ tbsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
½ cup yoghurt
1 glass water (for paste)
½ tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kasuri methi
½ cup fresh cream
Coriander (for garnish)

👩🍳 Method
➡️ Prepare Kofta Mixture
1. In a chopper, add 1 medium onion, 3–4 green chillies, and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
2. Chop well and squeeze out excess water.
3. Add this mixture into 500 g beef mince.
4. Add:
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp cumin powder
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
2 tbsp besan
5. Mix very well until fully combined.
6. Grease hands with oil, shape koftas, and fry on medium flame for 6–8 mins until golden brown.

➡️ Make Gravy Paste
1. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil.
2. Add 2 sliced onions, 3 green chillies, and 10–12 cashews.
3. Fry for 2–3 mins.
4. Add to a blender with 1 glass water and blend to a smooth paste.

➡️ Cook the Creamy White Gravy
1. In a pan, melt 2 tbsp butter.
2. Add 2 green cardamom, 2 small cinnamon pieces, 8 peppercorns.
3. Add ½ tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté 30 secs.
4. Add the onion-cashew paste and cook 5–6 mins.
5. Add:
½ tsp salt
½ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp coriander powder
6. Cook 1 minute.
7. Add ½ cup yoghurt and cook 5–6 mins.
8. Add the fried koftas & 1 glass water.
9. Cover and cook on low flame 12–15 mins.
10. Add ½ tsp black pepper and 1 tsp kasuri methi.
11. Lower the flame, add ½ cup fresh cream, mix & simmer 1–2 mins.
12. Garnish with coriander.
