RGDMan's Overhead Door R 80-Z, 1/4 HP machine. If you listen closely, when @GarageDoorGuy89 tested the safety switch, you can hear the motor still running. This machine does not have a clutch in it, which means the V belt is slipping instead of tripping the safety release. It likely needs a new belt, for all we know it could be original to the machine from circa 1968.
