On the outskirts of Nuneaton lies a small housing estate known as the Meadow Croft estate.
The etate was built by Midland Heart as part of the government housing scheme with all properties being only available to buy as shared ownership.
These houses have sat empty for nearly 2 years as there had been issues around road access to the site from the A5.
Midland Heart had been working with highways england for some time to try and resolve this but I'm unsure on what is happening now.
They are probably waiting for the surrounding new developments to reach the area so that they can break through rather than have another road directly onto the A5.
in the meantime the houses seem to be sitting there with little maintenance to the gardens, roads and pavements.
Flying around it did have a post apocalyptic feel to it.
