Gadget, Penny and Brain travel to an exotic spa resort to investigate the disappearance of famed movie star, Tag Shrapnel, who's been kidnapped by Claw and Talon to star in MAD's newest recruitment video. // When Gadget comes down with the flu, it's up to Penny and Brain to track down MAD's newest agent on their own, a mysterious super villain who always seems to be one step ahead of them.

Claw invents a Weather Disrupticator to generate giant storms worldwide and unleash a literal “Rain of Terror.” He sends Talon to test the device from the safety of a yacht off the coast of Costa Rica…where the Gadget gang happen to be on vacation! Talon fires off a tornado at Gadget, Penny and Brain, which Gadget mistakes for a MAD agent. He deploys his Storm Chaser and races after the tornado. Meanwhile, Penny identifies the source of the tornado and realizes Talon’s controlling the weather. She tries to get close, but Talon fends her off with lighting, hail, and snowballs. He corners Penny on a cliff’s edge, but she realizes that the Weather Disrupticator has created the perfect thermal winds for her to fly down to Talon’s yacht! As the two face off, Penny hits the Disrupticator, causing it to go haywire, sending out even more hail and lightning! Gadget, having finally caught up to the tornado, destroys it with his chopper blades, which also send him flying, Storm Chaser in tow, towards Talon and Penny. The Storm Chaser crashes into the Disrupticator, destroying it for good, and Gadget scoops up Penny and Brain and deposits them all back on the beach for the rest of their holiday! // When famed archaeologist Ithica Marvins discovers a UFO landing site in Monument Valley, Dr. Claw sends Talon to claim the alien tech. Claw wants the alien weapons…and to trade up his MAD-Plane for a super cool UFO! Quimby sends Gadget to help keep Ithica and her find safe. However, Talon kidnaps Ithica and makes her lead him to the UFO. While inside the UFO, he accidentally ejects the alien pilot who’s still living inside into the desert. Gadget comes across the alien and mistakes it for a dehydrated and sun-stroked Dr. Marvins, and tries to give her the water and rest she needs! Penny catches up to Talon in the UFO, but neither know how to use the alien technology that surrounds them. Talon gains the upper hand and corners Penny and Ithica, when the alien shows up with Gadget and Brain in tow. Gadget, still trying to give the alien some sunscreen, misses his target and causes Talon to slip and drop the alien technology in his hands. The alien grabs the device and uses it to teleport the Gadget gang, Ithica, and Talon out of his ship, so he can take off back to his home planet! Talon escapes, as Ithica bemoans the loss of her once-in-a-lifetime find.
