Debunking The Miyamoto Anti-Narrative

There’s always talk amongst either Mario fans or Paper Mario fans that buy into the idea of Shigeru Miyamoto hating storytelling, how he’s the one that ruined Paper Mario, he’s very spiteful towards games with narratives and stories, he limits creativity pertaining to any marginally interesting narrative or character, etc. I’m here to debunk everything surrounding this fallacy, this narrative of Miyamoto being anti-narrative when it comes to Mario, Paper Mario and other projects he’s behind.
