【VY2】 Talk of the Past / 前の話 【VOCALOIDカバー】 + VSQx

To think, VY2's officially five years old.

It feels like he only got his V3 yesterday. Now if only his V4 would come tomorrow w

Got to admit, I didn't realize his release anniversary was today until about two days ago, and from there it was a frantic, stressful race to try to get something done in time. It meant sacrificing some sleep, but it's not every day a sword turns five.

I actually started this sometime in October of last year, though I was planning on waiting until he got his V4 to finally finish it. But, seeing the track record so far, I'm thinking that won't be anytime soon? ww

Either way, it's pretty obvious looking at the actual file that this was started in V3 and finished in V4. Prior to turning on pitch snap, he was actually set up to mimic the autotune fairly well! And I would have kept it that way if I had had more time to actually tune but

Either way, please enjoy this cover of Danto's Matsudappoiyo original "Talk of the Past." It was a challenge to get done and I'd love to try again with it sometime. I heard this song last year and instantly fell in love, not only for the wonderful tuning, but for the theme as well. I'm sure that it strikes a chord with more than a few people.
