Sustainable shrimp farm celebrates first harvest in Indianapolis

Each unit allows for the production of 1.6 tons of shrimp in landlocked places you normally wouldn’t get them, like Indiana.

Atarraya’s CEO Daniel Russek said that the Shrimpbox is a step towards re-evaluating where we get our food.
