This activity is a small sided game setup where the field is split into thirds. Divide the players not 4 teams of 2 (you can use teams of three if you want just be sure to adjust the area size if needed).
Each game takes place in two of the three thirds (see video) with the middle third shared in both games.
This is a great activity for teaching players spacial awareness and decision making by adding an element of chaos and unpredictability to their small sided games. It can get very busy in the middle third of the field so players must constantly look to use the space that is available to them.
