Tangzhong
1/4 cup 60ml milk of your choice
1/4 cup 60ml water
1/4 cup 35g bread flour
Challah
3 1/2 cups 465g bread flour
A packet of dried active yeast
1/2 cup 110g water
4 tbsp 50g of sugar
1/4 cup 60ml Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp 10g of salt
1 egg
