Bean and Cheese Tostadas and Spanish rice 5 Star Better than Takeout

The ingredients are:
Old El Paso Tostada Shells
Iceberg Lettuce
Roma Tomatoes
Founder's Refried Beans
Muenster Cheese
(2) Avocado's
Salt
Pepper
Lemon Juice
Old El paso Spanish Rice Box Mix
Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chili's
Pace Picante Sauce
Take Ol El Paso Rice and Pour into Pan
open can of Rose Gold Petite Diced tomatoes with Green Chillis pour into pan and water to equal the amount of water that the package says
Heat on stove
Open can of Refried Beans and 1/4 cup of water to thin beans out after beans have heated up and look almost ready to serve
add 1/2 Cup of cheese this will give a creamy texture and taste to the beans.
Heat Tostadas up in oven at 275 degrees Faren height and cook for 5 to 6 minutes to get the shells hot.
Take (2) Avocado's and smash down add 1/8 tsp of salt and 1/8 tsp of black pepper and 1 Tbsp of lemon Juice per avocado. you may want to add more salt and lemon juice and black pepper according to your taste.
you can add any ingredients to your avocado.
The Spanish rice takes 25 to 30 minutes to cook and let simmer for 10 to 15 minutes when done on stove top
Take Tostadas shells, place beans, cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes on top
This is a great Lunch or Dinner and inexpensive to make. The tostadas are creamy and have great flavor with the muenster cheese. You can use any cheese of your choice, if you don't like muenster cheese.
Serve with a side of rice and avocado dip. you can use the avocado dip on your tostadas if you prefer.
I served with a side of picante sauce
This is one of my favorite dishes, adjust to your family size.
This is a great dish for Christmas eve, or even Christmas day.
