Here is the sign-off and sign-on sequence from KTXS, the ABC affiliate serving Abilene and the Big Country region of Texas, as well as sister station KTXE-LD, the ABC affiliate serving San Angelo and the Concho Valley region, recorded during the early morning hours of June 16, 2024. The duo are the last stations in their respective markets to regularly sign-off on a weekly basis. In this case, it's each Saturday and Sunday morning after the 1 AM hour on-average.
The clip begins with a brief promo and ID for Caiden Dinkins, the meteorologist seen on KTXS This Morning. It is followed by the sequence, which has been updated since my 2019 era posting (see: • KTXS/KTXE Sign Off & Sign On + Paid Progra... ) to reflect the current stations & subchannels. What has not changed is the paid-programming intro, an artifact of the pre-standardization push as a result of the ownership by Sinclair.
