The rollercoaster to IRONMAN 70.3 Les Sables d'Olonne-Vendée 2023 edition is here! This is not the race week video I would obviously think I was posting, but this is life! From trying to battle an ear infection for over a month, my hip causing pain post my last right to finding some legs at altitude, here we go. Time to head to my second triathlon of the season with zero expectations. My form is a mystery but who cares I'm here to race.
