Spirited Away character names and their literal Kanji meanings
カオナシ (顔無し) Kaonashi = No Face
湯婆婆 Yubaba = Hot water old woman
銭婆 Zeniba = Money old woman
(If you put their names together, it becomes 銭湯婆婆. Sento means public bath, so they’re together, Public bath old woman)
釜爺 Kamaji = Caldron old man
ハク (白) Haku = White
リン (凛) Rin = Steadfast
ススワタリ (煤渡り)Susuwatari = Soot crossing
坊 Bou = Boy
青蛙 Aogaeru = Green frog (青, the Kanji for blue,traditionally encompassed green in Japan)
頭 Kashira = Head
オオトリ様 (鳳様)= Phoenix
